Dr James has a strong background in Power systems engineering and is the Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Director. He oversees the quality assurance teams and ensures our products, solutions and delivery plans meet industry standards and client requirements. He is also accountable for ensuring that all Environmental, Health and Safety legislation are complied with and ensure a safe working environment for all team members and customers alike.
Due to sensitive nature of most environments we operate in, Dr James ensures the relevant HSE and risks assessments are carried out during project assessment stages, also ensures the company’s compliance with local, state, and federal environment, health, and safety regulations.
Part of his role also, is to conduct Continuous Improvement process audits and reviews, to improve our processes and procedures. He leads the implementation of quality assurance programs, oversees the running of tests on certain equipment before deployments, documentation of issues and defects, maintenance of quality assurance database, and training of employees.
